CHS celebrate its 5th anniversary

On 1 July 2020, Corporate Health Services was born. Our mission has not changed since the first day: to be the partner of Swiss companies in the prevention, management and support of absences. 

Today, we blow our fifth candle with immense gratitude, a lot of pride and an ever greater motivation to innovate and accompany our customers. 

5 years of commitment and evolution

En 5 ans, CHS a bien grandi, s’est structuré, et a renforcé son rôle de partenaire de confiance pour les entreprises. Parmi les évolutions marquantes : 

  • The development of numerous strong partnerships, notably withForum GSE Romandie, oxadi, Flowit, Daring Success, Mettons le couvert, HR Barcamp… 
  • Tailor-made services tailored to the needs of each company, its reality and its employees.  
  • A high customer satisfaction rate, which reflects the relevance of our approach and the quality of our interventions. (51 people out of 59 say they are very satisfied with the quality of our training on absence management!) 
  • A team that expands and diversifies, bringing together multiple and complementary skills in health in the workplace, psychology, law, insurance, mediation, care and case management. 
  • A reinforced presence in French-speaking and German-speaking Switzerland, thanks to a multilingual team that is attentive and close to the field.

5 years of concrete solutions for companies

For 5 years, we have been supporting companies and offering them concrete, agile solutions adapted to their realities. Our main areas of intervention are as follows: 

  • Absence management, ensured through our systematic absence management service (Act4Better) for individualized follow-up and coordinated support in complex situations. 
  • The prevention of psychosocial risks (RPS), with a multi-level approach: trainings, coachings, health audit, preventive care, as well as accessible tools such as our Health Line et la Trusted Person in the Company (PCE).
  • Care management (before or during a work stoppage), to provide human and preventive support to people in difficulty, before the situation becomes more complex. 
  • Case management, for more complex cases, in order to actively coordinate the actors involved (employer, insurance, medical network, etc.) and promote a sustainable and realistic return to work.

5 years in numbers

Since 2020, we have: 

  • animates 56 in-company trainings on topics such as: absence management, stress management, harassment and mobbing, ergonomics, nutrition and sleep 
  • made 1’334 systematic calls 
  • collaborated with + 140 companies 
  • responded to 47 Health Line 
  • organized 4 events and 7 intercompany training sessions
  • bringing together more than 210 professionals
