The health audit is a photograph of a company’s situation. Through confidential interviews, we assess the general well-being and satisfaction of employees in relation to the work climate, organization, physical and psychological burdens. At the end of the audit, a report on strengths and improvement points will be established for the Management and the collaborators.

The objectives

• Evaluate the well-being and satisfaction of employees
• Identify possible organizational issues
• Hearing and responding to the needs of each employee
• Determine the axes of intervention

The method

• Preparation session with management to determine the audit objectives
• Individual and confidential interviews with the staff
• Qualitative and quantitative analysis of the data collected during interviews
• Written report and oral presentation of the audit
