Act early fast to absences
Prolonged or recurring absences have a human, organisational and financial impact, increasing the absence rate, affecting productivity and contributing to higher staff turnover.
Proactive absence management allows you to anticipate situations, better support employees on leave, and facilitate their reintegration into teams. It also promotes a climate of trust and limits the negative impact on the organisation.

Our solutions
We support you with tailored solutions, depending on the type of absence.
Systematic management – From 3 or 5 days of absence
From three or five days of absence, the employer informs us of the illness case so that we can contact the absent employee to identify the causes and propose appropriate measures.
Care Management – During a work stoppage
The Care Manager supports your employees in sick leave situations to preserve their health and promote a sustainable recovery.
Case Management – During a prolonged shutdown
The Case Manager supports your employees in prolonged stoppage to identify suitable reintegration solutions, in coordination with the company and social insurers.
When an employee is absent due to illness or accident, it is essential to act quickly. The faster the process, the higher the chances of successful reintegration.

The different types of absence
Beaded absence
This refers to repeated, often short, absences that occur frequently over a given period. They may reveal underlying, undetected difficulties.
Short-term absence
These are occasional absences, generally lasting less than a few days, often due to minor illnesses or personal commitments.
Long-term absence
These absences last several weeks or months and are generally related to more serious health problems or situations requiring significant medical attention.
