During the waiting time

From three, five or seven days of absence, the employer reports the illness case via our case announcement form. One of our health specialists will contact the sick employee within 48 hours. This service is intended for all people on sick leave in the company.

For each case, a feedback is made to the employer, while obviously respecting confidentiality and data protection.

The objectives

• Support the employee’s health
• Propose measures to be implemented based on the situation and the expected duration of the identified incapacity for work
• Identify at an early stage the follow-up to be given to the case of absence
• Early identifying burnout cases

The content

• A systematic management of absences
• A follow-up and support for employees on leave
• An assessment of the employee’s situation and specific needs
• Maintaining contact between the employee and the company
