The objectives

- Quickly defuse situations that may worsen and turn into a work stoppage
- Help employees to distance themselves from the situation in which they are (often emotional) and put it into perspective

The method
Employees are free to contact us through our contact form. We then call them back as soon as possible, from Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 17:00, within 48 hours at the latest.
