Active in the insurance sector since 1998, I have solid experience and a comprehensive understanding of the challenges related to health, insurance, and the world of work. Since earning the Federal Diploma in Private Insurance in 2011, I have progressively specialised in personal insurance — a field that truly inspires me due to its strong human dimension.

In 2015, I joined the Care and Case Management team, where I supported individuals facing serious illness or accident situations. My role was to assist them throughout their medical, social, and professional rehabilitation, taking into account their needs, personal resources, and life and career goals.

Eager to strengthen my skills and deepen my practice, I obtained the CAS in Case Management in 2020. This training enabled me to reinforce a structured, interdisciplinary, and solution-oriented approach, in close collaboration with all involved partners.

Since 2020, I have been working within Corporate Health Services (CHS). What deeply motivates me in my work is this global, human, and coordinated approach. I place particular importance on building trust, listening attentively, and offering caring, respectful, and tailored support so that each person feels understood, supported, and actively involved in their own journey.
