Maéva Bernasconi

FSP Psychologist & Care Manager

French, English, German, Italian

Passionate about studying human behavior and driven by a desire to promote well-being, I chose to specialize in psychology. This led me to explore topics such as health and subjective well-being in greater depth, with a particular focus on employee health in the workplace and the issue of burnout.

In addition to my master’s degree in psychology, I took several courses in economics at the University of St. Gallen, broadening my skills and understanding of human interactions in various contexts.

I also completed training in coaching, which has enriched my ability to support individuals in their personal and professional development. As a practitioner of horse-assisted coaching, I combine my expertise in psychology with the transformative power of equine interactions.

Curiosity, creativity, analytical thinking, and empathy are the qualities that best define me. I am committed to supporting companies that want to improve the health of their employees and to working in partnership with them to create healthy and fulfilling work environments.
