From the moment I started learning about insurance, I became particularly interested in people’s stories. Later, I specialized in personal insurance and attended the École supérieure d’assurance (ESA). At the same time, I held various positions at different insurance companies—from manager to specialist to team leader—all in claims processing. In 2023, I also completed continuing education in the field of coaching.

I am a sensitive, understanding, and helpful person—qualities that are perfectly suited to my work as a Care Manager. It is important to me to listen to people’s stories, find solutions together, support those in need, and accompany them on their journey. In the best-case scenario, I can bring a little relief to a situation that is currently difficult.
