When an employee shows signs of suffering (beaded absences, signs of fatigue, social withdrawal, change in behavior) or you are worried about their health, we can immediately intervene.

A Care Manager contacts your employee and conducts a confidential interview in order to understand the situation and define possible measures to support or relieve him.
