Having fallen into the insurance industry about ten years ago, I am passionate about human contact and finding solutions. With solid experience in the world of personal insurance, I have obtained a federal certificate in social insurance.

What motivates me in my role as a Care Manager is being able to meet people and understand the reasons behind their discomfort. The goal is to provide the right tools to help them get back on track. Communication and kindness are the keys to our success!

I am pragmatic by nature, and I believe it is important to stay positive in order to move forward toward new horizons. Respect, honesty, and empathy are values that are important to me and allow me to build a relationship of trust so that we can work together to find a solution!
