Having worked in the insurance industry for over 35 years, it was only natural that I specialized in personal insurance, first as an administrator and then as a case manager, obtaining a certificate in social insurance and a CAS in case management. I was fortunate to join the Health Unit in February 2019 to take on an exciting new challenge: care management.

Empathy, loyalty, and fairness are values that are close to my heart. In addition to this, I would describe myself as a curious person who is always keen to discover new horizons in different areas (cinema, shows, theater, concerts, gastronomy, and travel).
