Through solution-oriented interviews, we help participants to mobilize their resources, overcome obstacles and move forward in their career path.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This support can be offered to a single person (individual coaching) or to a group (collective coaching), according to the identified needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Supervision \u2013 collective<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A secure speaking space to support teams and promote collective intelligence<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Supervision are corporate speaking groups allowing a team or collective to exchange in a safe and caring setting.
