In Switzerland, psychosocial risks (PSR) represent a major challenge for organizations. Chronic stress, excessive workload, lack of recognition, relational tensions, loss of meaning, or an imbalance between professional and personal life all have a direct impact on employee health, team performance, and the overall work climate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Studies conducted in recent years show an increase in stress-related disorders and a growing sensitivity to mental health topics. As a result, companies are increasingly being called upon to implement preventive measures and help teams recognize, understand, and manage risk factors at an early stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This training aims to provide participants with a clear and structured framework for understanding psychosocial risks and prevention strategies.
