This led me to work with people suffering from cognitive disorders as a result of illnesses or brain injuries (speech therapist \u2013 neuropsychologist).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because I enjoy listening to others and helping people express themselves and reconnect through dialogue \u2013 often hindered by tensions and conflicts \u2013 I turned to mediation.
